QHow can I get my price from you?
It is based on buyer's specific requirement, so please provide the following info to help us quote an exact price:
- Shop drawing / window schedule showing window dimensions, quantity, and type
- Frame color
- Type and thickness of glass (single, double, laminated) and color (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E, with or without Argon)
QAre your products certificated?
Yes! Our products meet Australian standards and NFRC standard, and we will make our products tested and certificated if required.
QDo your windows come with the glass installed?
We will install glass at the factory based on windows/doors dimension to make sure they are safe during transportation and easy for installation. On-site glazed installation is recommended for oversized products.
QWhat is your warranty? What can we do in case of problems?
A 10-year quality warranty is provided, including frame non-fading and non-peeling, with hardware and accessories working properly under normal operation (10 years warranty for German hardware). In case of quality issues, replacement parts will be provided promptly via international courier.
QWhat is your delivery time and payment terms?
Delivery time is typically 28 days after deposit and drawing confirmation. For payment, normally 30% - 50% of the total amount by T/T as deposit, with the balance due before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.
