How can I know your price?
The price is based on the buyer's specific requirement. Please provide: 1) Shop drawing / window schedule showing dimensions, quantity, and type; 2) Frame color; 3) Type and thickness of glass (single, double, laminated, Low-E, with/without Argon).
Do your products meet the AS2047 Standard?
Yes, we comply with the AS2047 standard for all our doors and windows. We also meet AS2208, UL, and EN standards for glass, servicing main markets like Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.
What is your manufacture lead time?
Our standard manufacturing time is 30 to 45 days after the deposit is received and shop drawings are confirmed.
What are your accepted payment terms?
Normally, 30% - 50% of the total amount by T/T as deposit, with the remaining balance due before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
What is your warranty policy?
A 5-year quality warranty covers the frame against fading or peeling, with proper hardware operation guaranteed. We offer a 50-year warranty for German hardware. Defective parts will be promptly replaced and dispatched via international courier.
