Q1PVC and aluminum, which is better?
Each one has its advantages. PVC is good at insulation and more economic. Aluminum is better in hardness and security.
Q2What advantages of Thermal Break Aluminum material?
1) Solid and durable due to aluminum material, good thermal insulation property due to there is a PA66 nylon strip to separate the 2 pieces of aluminum profiles.
2) Good sound insulation due to the application of durable or triple tempered glass.
3) Good air and water tightness property due to there is EPDM sealing strip around the frame.
Q3How about the packing of goods?
There are 3 kinds of packing:
1) Bubble film. If full container, we advise to use it as it can save more space & load more goods.
2) Bubble film + Wooden frame. This is the standard export packing for goods with glass.
3) Bubble film + Wooden case, some bulk cargo and some developed countries, wooden case can protect the goods very well.
Q4How can I know your price?
The price is based on your specific requirement as following:
1) Show us your dimensions, quantity and type.
2) Frame color.
3) Type of glass and thickness (single or double or laminated or others) and color (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E or others, with Argon or without).
Q5How long is the production lead time once I paid?
Usually T/T 50% deposit to start production, the balance paid before shipping. Lead time about 25-30 days.
Q6How can you guarantee quality?
Always a pre-production sample before mass production; Always final inspection before shipment.
