For small material samples, we can offer them free of charge. For complete doors, we charge based on the actual situation; however, we will fully refund the sample cost when you place a subsequent bulk order.
Q6: What is your delivery time?
Delivery takes approximately 15–25 days from the date of deposit payment and drawing confirmation. Once we understand your door specifications, we issue suitable solutions. After approval of the invoice and drawings, a 50% deposit begins production. Upon completion, we provide videos/pictures for your inspection (or you can dispatch an inspector) before the balance payment is settled prior to shipping. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
